BREATHING FOR SERENITY

Taking even five minutes to focus on your breath can change the rest of your day. Whether you are upset, angry, content, tired, or busy, meditating, or simply taking a few minutes to focus on your breath, can really change your perspective, and increase your level of serenity. If you are at work, or in a public place, and you find your mind racing, or anxiety building, I recommend finding a relatively quite place, even a bathroom, where you can have a few minutes of focusing on your breath, to take a break from all the stimulation, and give yourself some loving attention. If you don't have time for a vacation day at the beach, a few minutes of loving attention for yourself can make a big difference. Your day is likely to improve, and even enhance your more positive feelings. You are worth taking this time for you!!
