BREATHING FOR SERENITY
YOU DESERVE TO TAKE THIS TIME FOR YOU
Taking even five minutes to focus on your breath can change the rest of your day.  Whether you are upset, angry,
content, tired, or busy, meditating, or simply taking a few minutes to focus on your breath, can really change your perspective,
and increase your level of serenity.  If you are at work, or in a public place, and you find your mind racing, and anxiety building, 
I recommend finding a relatively quite place, (even in a bathroom), where you can have a few minutes of
focusing on your breath, to take a break from all the stimulation, and give yourself some loving attention.
If you don't have time for a vacation day at the beach (or somewhere nurturing), a few minutes of loving attention for yourself
can make a big difference.  Your day is likely to improve, and your more positive feelings may be enhanced.  
You are worth taking this time for you!!

 
             GETTING TO KNOW OUR FEELINGS AND PARTS CAN HELP US HAVE A CALMER INNER WORLD & SPACE FOR MORE JOY.
TAKE TIME TO JOURNAL AND GET TO KNOW YOUR INNER WORLD.  IDENTIFY AND AIR YOUR FEELINGS WITH SUPPORT, CURIOUSITY, &           COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF AND CONSIDER ALLOWING LOVING SUPPORT FROM OTHERS AND FROM THE SPIRITUAL REALM.
